Location. The modern Starhotel Splendido is set just off the Piazza Duca d'Aosta and faces Milan's imposing Centrale train station, from where trains and coaches run to many parts of Italy, and metros run to the city centre. Milan Linate Airport (LIN) is eight kilometres from the hotel, around 15 minutes by car.
Hotel Features. Guests leave the bustle of the Centrale Station and enter the quieter surroundings of the hotel's large marble lobby, where businesspeople browse papers on the leather sofas, surrounded by shelves full of books.
