DirectionsFrom Milan Malpensa Airport (MPX): Distance to Hotel Manzoni is 41 kilometres, approximately 45 minutes' drive.
Getting there. Taxis to central Milan cost about 65 75 EUR. The Malpensa Express train runs every 30 minutes between the airport's train station and the city centre (Cadorna station). Single tickets are approximately 9 EUR, and journey time is 40 minutes. The Malpensa shuttle bus runs to Stazione Centrale (central station) every 20 minutes. The fare is 4.50 EUR and journey time is 20 minutes. The metro runs to Montenapoleone metro station, 150 metres from the hotel. Prices are all subject to change.
Getting around. The city centre is easy to explore on foot, and there are pedestrianised areas around the Duomo. A comprehensive network of trams, buses and four metro lines offers efficient travel throughout the city. Integrated tickets for all modes of public transport can be purchased at newsagents, metro stations, tobacconists, and most coffee bars. Driving is not recommended in Milan's city centre. There are many one way streets, traffic is heavy, and parking is limited. Cars parked illegally are towed or fined.
Driving directions. Depart Malpensa Airport. Continue along the motorway. Take the third exit. Follow the SS336 towards Autostrade. Head towards Milan on the E35. Change onto the A8. Exit following signs for Fieramilano City. Continue to Viale Certosa Piazza Firenze and Corso Sempione. Follow the signs for the City Center, and follow Via Montenapoleone to Hotel Manzoni.
